Isla De Loopa - 1970
The island has taken massive leaps forward in the last 10 years. A power plant has been constructed, and elite services and housing are being provided for citizens. The TV station in the center of the housing is tuned to "Lucha Libre" and is expected to turn large profits as the workers gain experience.
Currently, the two loops are still connected by intersections as I am still working on some construction in the inner loop, I expect to disconnect them before 1980, and will report on what happens.
