Isla De Loopa - Setup

For this little experiment, I did not want any outside forces interfering with my island, so I set political stability to high and random events to none. I also wanted to get it up and running quickly so I jacked up the population and game length, and turned on god mode.

 

Remember, the focus here is to see whether or not you can effectively use a loop system to manage your island traffic.
