U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to the Navy Cargo Handling Battalion One (NCHB-1), walk onto the loading area to help off-loaded semi-trucks containing relief supplies from the USNS Brittin, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Nov. 3, 2017.
