A U.S. Navy SH-60 Sea Hawk helicopter carrying Maritime Raid Force (MRF) Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit hovers over the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5) during a fast-rope exercise in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility March 29, 2017. The MRF trains regularly to stay mission capable while deployed with the 24th MEU.
