in january of 2009 I had a customer by the name of BILL ZAISS of PLUMB RITE / PRO'S PLUMBING of Ferndale/Bellingham Washington bounce a check for almost $800 for a motorhome generator repair. After a couple of weeks talking about it, he blew me off, so I held a construction dump trailer attached to his motorhome in the shop until it was paid. I believe this was his reaction. This cocksucker is the reason I have a conceal carry permit and carry a gun now, and the reason I don't take checks at any of my businesses any more, and the reason I have a poster on the front of each of my business detailing 'BILL ZAISS' and that he's the reason we don't take checks any more. I was able to clean off the paint, and had to buy some tires. Tried to play things straight since I'd never had to deal with this before, but the cops didn't really do shit. Next time I'll just have some friends of mine in the collections and security business go get my money back.
ADDENDUM: I believe Bill Zaiss must be the dumbest motherfucker on the planet. If one looks through my photostream, you can tell I'm an obvious fan of the 2nd amendment and believe in the right to defend oneself, and that I own various projectile weapons from 9mm right up to .308. Bill calls me at the new shop today, and says 'Well I'm glad I know where you're at!" because.. what? What are you going to do Bill? I can tell you what -I'm- going to do. I've filled out a harrasment report with local law enforcement, I'm getting a restraining order and anti-harrassment order against you, because I believe you are a threat to my life, based on your prior actions. I'm probably the most lawful person I know Bill, and per the State of Washington, if you put me in fear for my life, and come near me or this shop while I am here, I will legally defend my self within the tenets of Washington State law. Go fuck yourself Bill, and don't call me or come near me again.
UPDATE: Paperwork for the Restraining Order has been filed, hearing is in a couple of weeks, all the neighbors around the shop and the businesses across the street have been notified about Zaiss, and some of the people and other businesses, including a church he got kicked out of, that he has caused problems for in the last few years have been notified, in case they want to issue a statement for the hearing.
