Sunstorm MK-003 Gunwing
The Sunstorm is the third iteration of the Gunwing format. Each wing is equipped with a dual laser and a coil gun, with expansion slots for additional armaments. Gunwings excelled at fast paced dogfights as well as strategic attacks on larger vessels using their coil guns.
Another attempt at using tippers. They mostly just ended up being internal angle setters, but they did determine that the main color was going to be yellow. I started this last summer or so, but didn't put any major work into it until around December. I'm really happy with how this turned out, especially the wrapping around the cockpit bubble, who wants to see those pesky hinges? ;)
