Before Conducting the Site Survey; homework on the provided IBM Pre-requisitions were given to us as the parameters for site selection. On the basis of it I have prepared a single layout and also communicated with the client for their information. So that we all are on the same page. In this way we have developed a clear understanding for the requirement of Site Preparation. (Feb- 2010)
Hardware Delivery was started on March 31, 2010 and completed on 12th April 2010 in coordination with Operations and Logistic Teams in parallel to Power Work on other remaining sites.
