Green Woodpecker

From a trip to Dungeness RSPB reserve during a week off work with the girlfriend. Whilst walking between hides we rounded a corner to see this little chap just as he fly up and onto a group of branches. I just managed to remove the lenscap and get myself sorted in time to get two quick shots before he flew off again
