A TOWER STEAM PIPES AND STREET LIGHTS IN OCT 2015
At the former IBM Kingston NY plant closed since 1995 and called tech city since 1998..that 3 story yellow brick building is one of the newer buildings in this complex built in 1984 and I work in a smaller building to the right of that one also a former IBM building.
