1 x 580exII CR in a Small Soft box 128 power and half flagged

After the horrific pollution levels in Beijing I decided that this was a must! I've been meaning to do some more flash photography and decided to stop think and start doing. (reference to Zack Arias' post on Kelby's blog)
Very small room so hard to control the light bouncing around and nothing I could do about the ugly reflection off the floor. Took the decision not to PS it out.
