A multi-level, prefab, modular green home by the company LivingHomes was put together in 8 hours and consists of eleven 10,000 pound modular sections. Designed by architect Ray Kappe, this model was the first residence in the nation to receive LEED® platinum certification and includes a greywater irrigation system, radiant heated floors, a solar water heating system, a fireplace run on denatured alcohol and utilizes a multitude of recycled materials and Forest Stewardship Council cedar.
