The milk pasteurizing factory [華人牛奶消毒公司]
Once standing on 103 Tam Kung Road (K.I.L. 4046), this small factory had been treating fresh milk from cows by pasteurize process to kill TB germs etc. in the early days. It was left derelict for many years due to unknown reasons.
Recent redevelopment of the adjoining lots had triggered off its value in contributing to a combined development plan, the unique plant was finally demolished in October 2009.
