F is for Fiddle Leaf Fig

F is for Fiddle Leaf Fig. I have a special affinity for fiddle leaf figs, as I play the fiddle. This one is 7 feet tall, and its biggest leaves are a foot long. I am amazed that it has grown this tall and doesn’t need support. I don’t give it any special treatment except to water it. It is in the corner of my south and west facing sunroom, so I think it loves the light. I decided to fertilize it last spring with an organic fertilizer formulated for fiddle leaf figs. It loved it, but my house smelled like manure for three days. 😂
