Marcelo Thomas Montecino Slaughter ( Santiago de Chile , June 15 of 1943 ) is a photographer, interpreter, translator and writer .
~ A Photographer who from the late 60's to the early 90's covered much of the land, the people, plus the politics and war of Central and Southern America.....
Chile, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Bolivia,Colombia, Cuba.
El Salvador and Mexico.... plus Washington DC. USA
He also visited Institutions for the blind and those with Mental Health problems..... except in those days, it was called and treated as an extremely basic asylum... very emotive.
