On the drive to Cape Enrage on Hwy 915, we passed this little spot. It was one of those moments where hubby and I just looked at each other in silence for a second then.."Did that just say...?" "Yep I think it did". We made sure to find it on the way back and stopped to look around.
It was founded in 1800. The name comes from the Ha Ha (or Haw Haw) River nearby. Legend says the Indians took the name from the call of the Loons.
