This image is included in a gallery "Interesting Rooms" curated by Hans-Werner Stapel.
This is an unique play space featuring a giant eggshell structure that connects to climbing nets, slides, and a curved net tunnel, all adorned with colorful ribbons hanging from the skylight.
One of the installations at Buzz Zones, located at Terminal 1 near Gates 31, 41, and 62, the Wonder Eggshell features interactive games and playground equipment where children can have fun and burn off some energy in the East Hall on Departures level 6.
The venue is available for ages 6 to 12 and presents an interactive giant eggshell structure where kiddos can climb, slide, and explore various curved net tunnels. CCTV surveillance camera is used in this area to ensure safety to users.
The installation is current from 28.09.2012 till 31.12.2023 as one of the many other exhibits at the HKIA ARTS & CULTURE FESTIVAL.
Took this image using my Samsung S23 Ultra mobile phone. At the time of taking this photograph, there were no children around. The installation was beautifully illuminated : to me it was playfully as well as an enlightening artwork in a fine setting.
