Rodin’s Gates of Hell

I am quickly becoming a fan of Rodin. I seem to gravitate to his work and I was ecstatic to find that Stanford University’s Cantor Arts Center has a replica of The Gates of Hell on display. I chose to focus on a small section of the right door so that I can gradually bring out the mood and slowly understand the whole piece. I don’t know if I did it justice … Rodin may be giving me the stink eye from the great beyond.
