Some facts about Turtle Doves

•Turtle Doves are also known as Mourning Doves.

•They eat mainly seeds.

•Turtle Doves are very fast. They have been clocked at 55mph.

•Their flight is erratic, making them difficult targets for hunters.

•Turtle Doves are monogamous.

•The female build the nest.

•The male will fly about, gather the materials, and bring it to her.

•Both the male and the female incubate the 2 eggs.
