Shrimp Cocktail
This is one of our favorite Super Bowl snacks... a good shrimp cocktail. And it may be hard to believe, but we get these at my corner variety/gas station! The owner's of O'Briens Variety Store and Gas Station, which is just a few miles from my house, have a lobster tank in the store! We are right on the ocean here in Seabrook, so the lobsters are fresh caught. They have a deli where they make sandwiches and also make lobster rolls. And one of the most popular items are these shrimp cocktails. Six "super colossal" shrimp with cocktail sauce and a slice of lemon. We split it, which makes a very nice snack when watching a movie the Super Bowl!
