Hetchins 1980

My original TT bike, cleaned after hanging in the shed for over 20 years, and which kickstarted my Bike fetish you see in my Gallery.

She cleaned up amazingly well, far better than expected.

Bought from Jeff Pavey when frame was 6 months old, I waited two years to afford the parts!

Note the very Rare Assos chainset, and Huret Jubilee changers.

I found Jeff again (chance in a million) after nearly 27 years, the following week a Mr Ken Janes phoned me to describe my bike in detail to me.

Ken filed the lugs and remebers the Bike well, it was built for Jeff, his friend of many years.

I met Ken just before Christmas, and thought it would be great to have him stand with the bike, to complete a great story.
