At 9:27 I arrived in St. Helen H.S. The food was really nice (but grape frozen) and made 2 trips down the foodline grabbed quite a few clif bars and cookie

tasted good. after about 15min, rolling again and there was only 28 miles left.

 

@ -10 miles, I stopped to eate some food and rested for 5min to prepare for the last stretch.
