Cubby of Horror

This is the cubby all the "popular girls" screamed at me over when I was in 5th grade. I'll never forget it!!! In this picture I'm re-enacting my reaction to their taunting threats (and unsuccessfully trying to retain the original dramatic intensity by not laughing). These cubby's were a highly coveted space for girls to hang out, and they were not happy about me sitting there. It's funny now, but this seriously messed up my confidence for the subsequent 15 years, no kidding.
