Preparing to Run to the Stellantis (Chrysler) Assembly Plant Belvidere IL
The crew is getting ready to run east then south to the Stellantis (Chrysler) assembly plant with empty autorack cars. It will use a wye to back into the plant and do some switching, including pulling out loads. While the plant shut down today there was a lot of inventory of parked, new vehicles that will take some time to move out by rail.
Once the local crew is done switching the plant and returns with the loaded autorack cars a transfer run will take it back to West Chicago.
