I got lucky and on the way back from a client meeting I was finally able to catch CN switching out CMI and Adhesive Coating in Wheeling off this lead. The crew backed down and retrieved a couple dozen empty hoppers from several spurs, making two trips.

Though I was taking pictures from a public street someone from Adhesive Plastics came out and started to approach me so I decided it was time to go.
