FBI Guy

Something of a legend in Chicago. He's often in Daley Plaza. Always neatly dressed, he just stands there holding his sign come rain or shine. The sign on the bottom (that today says "Mayor Daley, the Dictator") changes around periodically and will name other individuals, including a judge.
