Took this photo while I was doing a morning stroll down at the Queen Sirikit park, which has a marvelous scenery down the lake.
==================
Queen Sirikit Park is a botanical garden in Chatuchak district, Bangkok, Thailand. Covering an area of 0.22 km², it is part of the larger Chatuchak Park complex. It was built in 1992 and named after Queen Sirikit to celebrate her 60th birthday. It contains many fountains and pools where lotus flowers bloom.The park can be reached easily from the Mo Chit Station on Sukhumvit Line of the BTS Skytrain, or the Chatuchak Park Station on the MRT Blue Line.

Settings :
ISO 50
Aperture @ F19
Shutter speed : 4s
And I've used a Hoya CPL filter to drop two stops of light for elongating the exposure.
And I forgot to say, this shot is a blending of multi-exposures due to shadow casting on the buildings the reflections didn't blend perfectly, but I still got a reasonable result .. I've got to say it took too much time to handle it ..
