I felt like with the excitement of new vintage lenses I have and my addiction to Pentacon50 ever since I got it last fall, my first love, helios44-2 have been feeling a bit neglected. Here is an image I took last spring while hiking along the local trails. These dried up blooms are very common around here and not particularly easy to photograph as they look like hot mess, but I like the painterly look of this particular image. Also, this image is from a period when I had ISO on my old Nikon camera with Helios attached stuck on 800 and did not notice. Do not ask why or how, but here we are. π
