Hey, Where's My Hay ? !

Here is Thunder, a nine-year old Clydesdale draft horse belonging to the Washington DC Metropolitan

police department. Thunder can regularly be seen patrolling the urban areas of Washington DC.

 

Mounted police are often used successfully in urban areas for public outreach, and Thunder is always welcome wherever he and his rider patrol, including visiting the drive thru of a fast food restaurant for a funny photo op.
