My inspiration for this layout - heroarts.com/learning/technique.cfm?techID=92 I stamped the background of this LO with the Design Block Flourish with watermark ink, then embossed with some glittering embossing powder. Used the same stamp on the matting piece of cardstock and clear embossed. The LO is all about my dd's 6 months... :-)
