Sparrowhawk In The Rain 1
I was sitting out under my back porch this afternoon, watching the birds and the rain falling, when Mr Sparrowhawk arrived and emptied the garden. He didn't catch anything but sat on the trellis having a good look around. I didn't think there was much chance of him staying once I made a move to raise my camera to my face, but much to my surprise he did. In fact I managed to raise myself up and take a few small steps towards him. So standing in the rain and about 15 feet away from him I took several shots whilst he just seemed to ignore me. I think they may be the best Sparrowhawk shots I've taken so far so I've uploaded my four favourites...I hope you enjoy them :)
