Judy's Wildlife Garden
The Woody Twins
Yesterday evening, just as the light was failing, I noticed both of the Woodpigeon youngsters up on my trellis nibbling at the Clemetis. I managed a few quick shots before they moved down onto the log in the garden and then up onto the fence. Finally I got a little rather shakey film of one of them as it nibbled at my Hydrangea! It was great to see them both together and to see that they were quite comfortable with me as I photographed them from my windows. If they become anything like their father Big Woody they will soon be happily nibbling on sunflower seeds whilst I sit 3 - 4ft away from them:)
