Photoshop Elements v 6.0

 

I used Spot Healing Tool Brush for the large spot on the right and the small spot. I chose a brush with a blurry edge.

 

For the large spot on the left, I used the Clone Stamp tool (just to try something different).

 

Finally, I used Auto Sharpen.
