2009 San Ysidro Transit Station

In the 80s and 90s and maybe early 2000s, you would enter Tijuana, Mexico by walking towards the center of the image, at least I think so (it's been a long time). Anyways, for the last several years the entry changed: you would have to make a left around the McDonald's and than a quick right. It always struck me as odd, but I believe it was done to facilitate the massive border redo construction that seized the area over the prior decade. Now there are new shiny pedestrian entries.
