This Gun was found in my Grandfathers basement behind the water heater. He had no Idea where it came from or what model it was. We have had it restored and the gunsmith had no idea. It will never be shot in fear of destroying it. Its a flintlock or percussion cap shotgun 16 gauge and 20 gauge side by side. It has no names of any makers on it. It does have some intricate design near the trigger. and 4142 on the stock plate. Which maybe a material code. It has a walnut stock. Any information or links are much appreciated.
