Martyboy2ofBritain says: We always had fish on a Friday. it was a real treat. My Mum also bought a large bar of Cadburys dairy milk and 1 can of Coke which we shared between the three of us on a Friday night watching a black and white TV. lt was very little by todays standards but boy it was a treat that never drew complaint. When it was gone it was gone. We never asked for more.
