1970s Fiat 128.
This rough little thing has been around for years. I think it belongs to someone who partakes in a local big market, as it's often parked around that way instead, I've got photos of it in the past with all manner of stuff inside.
Not sure the rear suspension is supposed to be like that, no doubt a side effect of all the time it's spent with various tat inside it.
