A very longterm resident down this road, the area surrounding it has seen some incredibly rapid gentrification in the past few years, yet this seems to be about as opposite as you can get. Not quite sure how long its been sporting no bumpers for, the entire inside (aside form the drivers seat) was being used to store spares of some sort as well, so I would imagine this could belong to someone who runs a small garage. Long may this continue going.
