Blue-billed Duck (male)
The three males lurking amongst the weeds far from the hide. Last time I was at Gatton it was so dry that I was walking out where they are now and the lake bed was full of weeds that are now dying back. Those foreground weeds should die back too and leave the clear water that makes for far better shots.
A later distant shot of a male at the far end of the lake showed a female behind him so that's 4 of these ducks there.
