At UNC's Institute for the Environment’s Environmental Resource Program workshop, NC teachers learn how to take stream measurements. The workshop, Understanding Global and Regional Water Resources: The Hydrologic Cycle and Water Resources in North Carolina and Around the World, was led by the Environmental Resource Program under a grant from NASA, with help from top Carolina water faculty in the Department of Geography, Professor Larry Band and Assistant Professor Tamlin Pavelsky.
