Cece Dress

Pattern tested for Popolok designs, a party dress for my daughter as she has a better social calendar than I do :)

Used approx 1.5m of a navy with white polka dots cotton blend that I bought 2 years ago for £3.00. I fully intended to use it for a dress for Munchkin but it's taken this long to get round to it!
