Rhubarb Event Catering Company was formally set up at the beginning of 2009 by Jo Trendall. Jo has waited tables, cooked, run her own mobile catering service, taught the Chinese to wait on table for the Olympics, set up numerous restaurants and is concurrently acting as consultant with Riverford Organic Vegetables on a number of projects. The chefs at Rhubarb are restaurant trained and have worked in such places as Quartier Vert and Culinaria- both in Bristol.
Jo is a self-confessed foodie, passionate about hospitality, knowledgeable on old and new world wines and as a planner has a great eye for detail. Jo's Blog.
Rhubarb Event Catering Company is based at Folly Farm near Chew Magna, North Somerset and caters for weddings, BBQs, corporate events, Hog Roasts, Garden Parties, Buffets and Breakfasts.
