blinking12: I loved the film. Hawkeye might be my favorite Marvel character (life long DC fan here), but for whatever reason the different take on Hawkeye didn't bother me. I liked it. With that said I'm used to my favorite characters getting changed for reasons I don't understand (life long DC fan here).
doctornvrmore: @blinking12 You're hilarious. This "version" of Hawkeye is a good character. I don't dislike him, not in the least... But it's just not "Hawkeye" for me... One friend made sense saying this is the same Hawkeye- he's just grown older and matured... So I guess I can go with that theory... ( @mira_mortal ) ... Just too bad I never got to see the version I've been reading in comics the last 30 years... But I don't dislike him the Jeremy Renner character at all... Just had hopes for some future fireworks with Mockingbird (now in Agents of SHIELD if you're not watching)--- at the end of the day it's all good--- and it was a fucking great movie!!! 💜
