All-you-can-eat buffet
Ducks are not like people - they don't brag about their big catch. I was trying to photograph them with their food and they just turned their backs on me and swallow their catch as fast as they can. This Greater Scaup surfaced with this huge bunch of mussels - he couldn't swallow it in one gulp. He was shaking his head so vigorously trying to separate them, all shots of him have motion blur even though shutter speed was 1/2000! Other ducks didn't miss this opportunity and gladly picked up flying mussels.
