New resident in my neighborhood
This little guy would rather bite off his own foot then go to my yard for a peanut :) It was yesterday.
Today I went outside and it was very quiet, no birds around, all peanuts I left on a table were untouched... only somebody was whistling... I looked up and saw this Cooper's Hawk!
I went back inside and grabbed my camera. Too bad, he was behind all these branches and the darkness of the cloudy day made it even more difficult for me. Anyway, I tried! He heard the shutter sound, turned his head, looked at me, pooped in my direction and flew away. Ok then, maybe I saved this squirrel :)
