Chipping Sparrow

I was going home, when I heard birds chirping at a distance. I went off the trail and across the field in the direction of the sound. When I reached the baseball field fence, I stopped and listened. No sound... Suddenly this sparrow flew from my right side and landed on a fence in front of me, as if he was saying: "We are here! Don't you see us?!" I had my camera ready and started taking pictures. Two of his buddies join him, taking their turn on a fence. After a minute or so, they flew away, chirping joyfully. I think, they had as much fun, as I did :)
