Cast iron skillet

This is my most used kitchenware. I make eggs, have a steak etc. every day. My husband and I eat paleo style so meat and veggies is the way to go. We are very passionate about healthy lifestyle. The skillet is almost always dirty as we use it so much, so I took a photo without washing it first!
