no visit to this spot would be complete without a look at it's long term resident the tug proceed which continues to rust away , and has featured on these pages several times
it was built in belgium in 1954 as the hendrick 11 and has worked at antwerp , poole ,london, plymouth and the tyne under various names , It arrived here under it's own power in 1995 and has simply decayed ever since .
It has lost both wheelhouse and mast in recent years
I cannot recall seeing the river weaver quite so calm before, giving me an excuse the photograph it once more
