Organza Thank You
I wanted to use up some fabric scraps so I made the flower using a base of pink felt with snippets of pink, orange, red and silver organza over it. I put dabs of stickles here and there to hold the organza in place until I stamped and machine stitched over the image. A close up of the flower is here www.flickr.com/photos/38067075@N02/4358694861/ but it looks a lot better in real life as it has more of a silky shimmer to it and the fabric grain isn’t as obvious. Because of the flower I just wanted to keep the rest of the card simple.
