"No polyps! No polyps!"

I shouted with glee,

Repeating what my gastroenterologist

Had just informed me.

 

"No polyps! No polyps!"

Couldn't get it out of my mind.

I even got photos

Of my polyp-free behind.

 

"No polyps! No polyps!"

To the waiting room, I declared,

Showing off my nasty photos,

Although, I'm sure nobody cared.

 

"No polyps! No polyps!"

On a t-shirt I'll have it printed

With one photo blown-up,

Just to prove none are in it.

 

"No polyps! No polyps!"

Nothing threatening in my colon.

Think I'll go pick up some trollops,

And we all can go bowlin'!
