Owen's Quilt

A close up of my grandson Owen's quilt.

This is the quilt I made Owen for his first birthday. It was vintage patterns embroidered on ecru cotton muslin in a checkboard pattern with pale sage green gingham. I wanted it to feel soft and well worn, but be new and sturdy.
